I have been playing doom for years on the pc and was leery to see how it would carry over to the GBA port ... i was very happy to see a faithful reproduction of the classic original ... this is unquestionably one of the greatest FPS games of all times and an accurate transition to GBA makes a good thing only better ... sure there are some things that look better in 2d than this version of doom, but this is DOOM after all and the longevity of the original classic is being added to by the move to GBA ... the music is a great reproduction of the originals and the game play and graphics are faithful to the original ... i didn't buy it to see some new doom game just the same old doom and what i wanted is what i got ... if you want something new and original don't buy this game ... but if you're a doom fan and want to play it on your GBA then this is the game for you!!!

  Why are many people so harsh on it? Remember, people... it's a GBA! We can't expect it to hold more than 32 bits!
