I just bought Jungle Beat yesterday, and the opening sequences got me hooked right away. First off, was it's pretty good lush graphics. It's not a Metroid Prime, or Rouge Squadron, but the environments are colorful and lively. All of Nintendo's signature. And of course, the bongo beating. I was amazed with the quick response the bongos gave, as well as the audio response when I clapped. It already attracted my gaming attention. Through out the game, you learn combos, different combinations of drumming, and timing to better your score, it's a high octane adventure that just keeps side scrolling none stop, your hardly ever on the stop. Your either jumping, running, or pounding enemies. The only problem is that you'll get tired after a few mintues because of the constant pounding of the bongos. But don't let that stop you from what is really an enjoyable innovative game.
