Hope you like animals because they will show up a lot in the game.

As a veteran of DKC 2, this game is brutal hard to new comers. The difficulty of this game is huge, but however, this is a sequel of the first masterpiece Donkey Kong Country. Now as an experienced gamer, this game is not a huge pain.

First I would recommend this game to anyone who has played DKC. If you're looking for an extra challenge or you got in love with the first game, then you need to play this game. This game is harder as it takes skill and precision to pass the levels. The bonus tokens are harder to get. Spoilers/ Crankey Kong helps in the game and the bananas often tell you the locations of bonuses.

This is a bridge game/mainstream game, which means its a mix between hardcore and casual. The animal friends prove this.

- The first friend is Rhambi. He appears in the first game, at least in the cover and its the most powerful of all. His horn can open secret caves like in the first game.

-Snake His skin is like steel and can almost squash anything. He can reach high areas and makes it more family friendly to kids.

- Spider that can kill enemies. Not a fun animal

-Squawk Parrot that appears in Bramble Blast levels. He throws rocks at enemies and has a race just before King K. Rool. He makes the level in Animal Antics hard as there is a harsh wind

-Enguarde- Old favorite. He is a fish and its on water
