One of other N64 games that were very successful and Rare knew how to keep it well.

This was one of Rare's best games ever made hands down. When Rare was with Nintendo, they really knew what they were doing and with this game, it really showed. Visually, this game showed what Rare could do with N64 hardware and more. For the time, it had a good amount of content like replaying bonus stages, fighting bosses again, multiplayer, even emulation of old arcade games. There was never a game quite like Donkey Kong 64. This game had so much to offer that other platform games lacked. The worlds were pretty big, the bonus stages were hard, yet fun, the bosses were insane, the final boss battle was out of this world. There was so much that they were able to put in this game. The same company who made the Banjo-Kazooie games and the Donkey Kong Country games on the SNES really showed what they could do with Donkey Kong. It's a shame that there may never be another Donkey Kong platform game like this one because this game was pure genius. When I was a kid, I wanted this game and today, I appreciate it for all the heart that Rare put into it
