Great fun to play, but be warned: addictive

I haven't played DK: King of Swing but judging by what I have seen of King of Swing, this game is a big improvement upon that. There is plenty of different islands with plenty of varied levels on them, most of them offering some sort of unique challenge. For instance you could be underwater trying to avoid being sucked into whirlpools or you could be blasting through space in a booster barrel. Of course, this game is made what it is by the pegs, which there are thousands of in every level, that are you to climb through the level. This idea is innovative, and allows for various fun and tricky situations. Maybe speed climbing, trying to reach the next pegs before the ones you're on falls, or boulders with pegs on that you can grab onto that then roll down mountains. Whatever purpose they serve, these pegs make the game interesting and fun.
Other good things include Diddy Kong, with whom you can use many interesting power ups, a huge amount of collectibles, some of which will take great difficulty to retrieve, and the minigames, which include catching falling bananas and speed climbing. You can't go wrong with this game; Nintendo fanboy, casual gamer or possibly hardcore, whoever you are, this game is for you. Only negatives are that Donkey Kong is far too weak and you can't actually control Diddy properly.
