Fair game, deep story, fun gameplay and the best ost ever

First of all, this is a game where the combat is turn-based mode with action points. So if you're getting this game because you enjoyed Divinity II gameplay then don't.

While a turn-based combat might not be appealing to all people, the rest of the game is what everyone wants and expects of an rpg. A big open world with several maps and a lot of locations, character designing with a lot of options and dialog choices that affect the story and the characters.

What I found very interesting in the game is the story where you're first introduced as source hunters who set out to investigate a crime. As you get further to the bottom of this you uncover new depths and solving the case becomes less and less important. You find a stone that takes you in a journey to a world amidst the stars to learn there about your past and forgotten identity. This place may serve as heaven or afterlife world since it's called "time's end" and the time-weaver inhabits it. It becomes your home.

The story is deep and dark and it gets darker as you go further in the game. First you start in a bright-colored city but then the locations become darker. The final map is a war-zone town where the fountain's water is blood and it is decorated with skulls.

What stood out the most for me was the soundtrack. And while soundtracks are not that important in games, in this one I have to disagree. This game should never be played without sounds. The music becomes a part of the environment in this game. A year after finishing the game I still listen to its music every time I want something with medieval tune. It's what got me here to write this review.
