Generic racing game with love bug skin.
The game has only about ten tracks that all feel the same. The story is non-existent, except for a pic after the race saying you won or you lost. The graphics look good at first, but you will soon notice that every car besides Herbie are exactly the same but with different skins. The power up system is very flawed too.the power ups don't really give you an advantage, most of the time they slow you down. The worst of the power ups, (well, it isn't technicaly a power up) is Herbie's happiness. He is happy when he is in the lead, and goes faster. When behind he gets sad and goes slower. In other words, the rich get richer, the poor get poorer. The end of the game comes quite suddenly without any warning, making for yet another disappointment.
Don't get this game unless you are a Herbie fan. (Which I am)
