The DMC sga had is ups and downs, but it's the real one. If you don't trust me, just check wiki or any other site. This is the game that started the "hack 'n slash at super high speed epic monsters with bad ass weapons". Then god of war came, and this kind of game became popular. Now everyone talks about the "copies" but not about their dad.
I think the legacy still lives up to his name, giving you a solid story, solid characters that you'll enjoy, and great, great gameplay.
Now it's 2011, and it's still my favourite game, because of the simple awesomeness that it possess.
Don't trust what people have been saying lately, that it can't keep up with the other adrenaline games. Being a stylish demon hunter is just too damn fun.
Everyone should have this game...
