Demon's Souls is old-school action RPG that is at the same time both brutally challenging and unique.
GRAPHICS: Demon's Souls looks great.Sense of scale is amazing. Every world and place you explore looks stunning. You will stop at times just looking the fantastic dark, depressing artwork of this game. There's so many different types of enemies in this game and they all look superb. Animations are awesome and look natural. What holds this game from looking flawless is the occasional frame drop. Other than that no complaints for the graphics.

STORY: Many people claim that this game has weak story. I don't agree with them. The story is actually pretty good. You need to explore and get in contact with the NPCs around the world to get a glimpse of what has gone wrong in kingdom of Boletaria and why the world is covered in deep colorless fog.. Many glorious knights and brave warriors who tried to save the Boletaria failed and the last hope for the humans are you--slayer of demons..

GAMEPLAY: Perhaps the most argued part of this game is gameplay. This game is notorious for its brutal difficulty. It is probably among the most challenging games of this generation, if not the most challenging. Absolutely gruelling. But don't let this discourage you from getting it. You just need to feel how this game plays and you will love it. There are so many weapons and items in this game which let you play the game your way. You can be like a true warrior and go up and close and slay demons or you can be a magician and fight your way from safe distance. Character customisation and leveling is so so deep that it almost has no limits. The game features lots of hidden weapons, items, armors etc. which adds to the huge replay value of this game. There are two ways of playing Demon's Souls, the body and the souls form. Which way you play really depends on your skill. Both forms have their pros and cons. For example; when body form your health bar is at maximum but you attack power declines and Black Phantoms can enter your world and attempt to slay you.. While in soul form your health is halved but you have stronger attacks and Black Phantoms can't enter.. Plus there's character and world tendency and you can summon two Blue Phantoms to help you out.. The gameplay is one of the deepest on PS3.

SOUND: Simply amazing audio. If you have a good surround system you will be thrilled. Voice work is excellent. All of the characters sound accordingly to their role in the game and really help this game feel relentless and depressing. Sound of battle and music when fighting a boss are outstanding.

REPLAYABILITY: Like I said, Demon's Souls is one of the most deepest games on the PS3 and its replay value is huge. You can play this game over 100 hours and you won't be bored. So many hidden stuff and secret events.. Just awesome. Never gets old because every time you start a new game + the difficulty become even harder.. You can spen millions and millions of souls upgrading your character..

OVERALL: Rewarding gameplay, great character customisation, lots of hidden stuff, challenging enemies and levels, really good audio-visual presentation and huge replay value make Demon's Souls truly innovative and unforgettable experience.
