The SP campaign is not anything special, but I think that if you liked the movie, you'll enjoy it. You play as an anomous Ranger and then a namless Delta Force soldier so there is virtually no immersion, but i think it does a good job of telling the story of Operation Restore Hope in Somalia. The campaign is fairly is easily and you can beat it in about 8 hours. You can save the game at any time, you just a set number of saves. There is offline co-op and split screen for all of you like me who don't have live which is rare nowadays. The co-op could be better though-you can't choose you're weapons and when you die you don't respawn, but I found the split screen fun if you can find three other people to play with. The weapons are nicely done I think with the M-16, CAR-15, Shotgun, M-60, .45, Beretta etc. My only complaint is that you can't pick up an AK-47 of the ground if you run out of ammo. The MP boards are pretty good with mannable turrets both stationary and on Humvees and blackhawks. The graphics are old-school and could be much better especially since this is 2005 and the visuals look the same as they did when this came out for the PC in 2003. But If you liked the movie, this game is worth a rent
