Thank god for the free demo weekend on Steam

I was excited to get to play Defiance when Steam gave us a free weekend to try it. Then I played the game... This game is a steaming pile of garbage, there is hardly anything fun and redeeming about it. The story is based off the show, I like the show, but this is just a forced tie in. The script for the chick is just god awful, she just blurts out "we are all gona die!" randomly and says other stupid random stuff later on.

I spent about 4 hours playin through the game and it's your standard MMO fair, kill these, get that, fight here til the boss comes out. The weapons and armor are uninspired, for a sci fi game you would expect to get stuff along the lines of borderlands style guns, but no theyre standard dumb looking weapons and armor. So what is the incentive for leveling up? Longer fights with bugs? AI is pretty much braindead and will stand there shooting a wall instead of you. When you are pvping you just have to use cloak and you will get kills, thats what everyone else does.

The Graphics are definitely outdated by a few years. If im gona play an MMO shooter, i want at least crysis level graphics, not Global Agenda graphics.

Plain and simple, the game isnt fun to play. It was so hyped up by sci fi channel but theres no substance to it. Def a waste of time.
