If you can find it at a good price go ahead and get it.

I uasually don't like stratagy games but this really gives the more "live action" gamer something to get excited about. Even though it seems slightly dull on the cover it is a gem inside. You get to make some really cool bulidings like missile launchers and tourist sub ports. In addition you can jump inside some buildings and attack invading Atlantians.(one of the disaster options). My friends would literally spend hours making disasters and blowing up their citys. However it does have it's downsides. First off even if you have a million dollars you can only build a certain amount. You can run out of power for your city and you can't get more. Secondly no matter how goood your city is it seems to always fail by the second or third year of operation. I haver't seen any bugs. Flaws aside it is quite a nice game.
