Death Jr. II is a heck of a lot better than the first one. I actually like the set up of this game much better. The graphics and the cut-scenes once again are very very good. The storyline for Death Jr. II I think is better than the storyline in Death Jr. The layout of the game is different than Death Jr. but I personally like it better. Instead of going between different areas and choosing the levels within the different areas, you play through it like most RPGs. The enemies in this game are pretty cool...infact I think they are better enemies than in the first one. The game slowly increases in difficulty as you go along. I found this game to be much more enjoyable and at times a bit easier than Death Jr. The only trouble I had came with the final boss of the game, which you should expect the last boss to be the hardest. I would definitely recommend Death Jr. II. Buy it new or used. I think it is worth it. And if you played Death Jr. and didn't like it I still say try Death Jr. II, it is a lot better than the first.
