A unique game that is good.

User Rating: 7.5 | Deadly Creatures WII
Deadly Creatures is a really unique game one that I thought I'd ever see, but it's here and I got to play it. It's a good game not a lot of things wrong with it, it just could have been better than what it was. It isn't to difficult on normal but hard gives you a good challenge and make it an overall better experience for you.

You have your pick of either playing as a tarantula or a scorpion, as the tarantula you'll be able to move around fast, and also jump around but when it comes to blocking it can't do that. And the scorpion can block but he moves slower and can't jump at all. It's much easier to get around with the tarantula, and it's also the one I played the game with more.

The music is ok, the only downside is there should be more than what there is in the game. It don't take long before you've listened to it all and it'll loop, which can get annoying after awhile. The sound of some animals sometimes is of something you wouldn't expect, would you like to go up against a lizard that sounds like a huge tiger? I think not, maybe that's how they intended it to be or there was something wrong with my disk.

The graphics are ok, some of the environments lack some detail which isn't a big deal. Just get used to seeing a lot of brown, since your in the desert it's your always surrounded by sand. But besides that all the creatures look good, and the levels are designed good also.

It will take you under 10 hours to beat the game, and after you beat it there isn't much that pulled me back to make me want to play it. So for that there really isn't much replay value in it, unless your really bored and don't feel like playing anything else.

Overall Deadly Creatures is a good and one of a kind game, but it's just to short and after you've destroyed everything you really don't want to go back. I would say rent it, you'll defiantly have enough time to beat it a few time in that period, then buy it you fall in love with it.
