Darksiders has it's moments but it's overall experiance isn't a good one.
Voice acting is good but its also hurt by the lack of dialouge between characters, Sound effects are repetative, and the music is pretty much non-existant.
Visuals: 7/10
Character models are unique and well done, Environments are alright but could have been better, but a ton of bugs and glitches will ruin the experiance.
Playability: 7/10
Combat is a little complex and may take some time to get use too. They jammed a ton of things together and that is definently annoying when you press a button and it doesnt something you dont want it to do.
Delivery: 6/10
A campaign of descent length that features a rather dull story that doesnt draw you in, No multiplayer, and not much in the way of replay value because you can get every achievement in 1 play through.
Achievements: 8/10
A few grinders in here but like I said before, every achievement can be gotten in 1 playthrough so that is a major plus.
Overall: 7/10
Darksiders is your above average slash n hack but the overall experiance is hurt by the overall lacking of the game.
