Dante's Inferno does it for me! A hack & slash epic tale the describes the Divine Comedy well.

User Rating: 8.5 | Dante's Inferno: Shinkyoku Jigoku-Hen PS3
I have read the Inferno Canto long before playing this game and had labeled it a classic as I do Edgar Allen Poe. Hack and slash games were always my favorite along with adventure and RPG. I obtained the platinum trophy recently for this game, enjoying the challenge of each and every trophy earned. I give this game a really good review for its solo campaign to exact your revenge on Satan only to find out you were dead from the start. I rate this game an 8.5 seeing as it replicates a lot of action style fighting and sequences as many hack and slash before it's time. So it looses points for lack of game play innovation. Yes it is worth the money to buy, and yes it is worth it to get all of the trophies and become "Master of the Inferno" (as I am };D) The trials of Lucretia were very lacking in originality, it became very boring, and upon getting the trophies I felt no accomplishment from the lack of challenge.
