1st DDR to the 360 finally arrives, not the best but fun.

I've played many DDR games on my PS2 and playing DDR Universe on the 360 is just the same but with better quality graphics and different music library. Graphics tend to be disturbing when focusing on the arrows, so it's best to turn off the avatar and video background.

The game play is the same as any DDR, hit the arrows in different modes. I played out the game quest mode and it feels a bit clunky but it was something different. At first I had a hard time figuring it out and ended up researching online how to play the game quest mode. After a few matches and figuring out the rules, it's not terrible but playable.

I haven't used the dance pad that came with the game, I actually purchased a foam pad for the 360 which seems to work pretty well. This is a good start for DDR on the 360 and hopefully some fixes on their game quest would make it even better.

Positive: Same formula as other DDR games. Updated graphics.

Negative: Quest mode is broken.

For DDR fans, this is a good pick up to have for your 360. You can probably find it for about $20.
