One of the few games I was willing to pay full price for the week of release, C-2 left me disappointed, as I was looking forward to a significant upgrade from the original, which I enjoyed immensely. For every Pro of say, the excellent environment detail and rendering , there was a Con of the surprisingly short Campaign mode. I finished completely in under 20 hours, even though I strived to get all the keys and objects, etc. Very effective AI and some excellent new heavy weapons made game play fun even on normal mode, but I also kept running into instances where the linear thread came to a halt as there were absolutely no clues where to proceed next. You don't want them too simple, but you do need some thing. Unfortunately, Crysis 3 looks to be more of the same, nothing at all new in the game. Seems to me Crytek is resting on it's laurels.
