Worthless Piece of sh*t rally game. TOCA 3 and McRae are much better.

Terrible game from a gaming perspective. This alleged rally sim i plays like a B level arcade racer. Another grievance I have is the damn AI somehow being faster in an equal car. In the first challenge in the career mode it is something less than an I3 Geo Metro that has small horsepower and such, not my complaint yet, But the opponents can somehow drive faster and better. TOCA 3 has the better balance.

Another is the way the cars drive, even with 100% realism type settings. Terrible, if you take a mud/gravel turn at 50 in an FF car it will understeer and then when the brake is tapped it will allow the back to fall out of place, but this game is all about grip. Rally racing is not about grip at all. TOCA wins again...

I could keep going but there are far too many reasons not to play this. Too hard to play for anybody who knows how real cars handle under like conditions.
On the other hand there are decent graphics and sound through a 5.1 system, but not much else.

This is the only game I truly regret buying.
