One of the best ps1 games to date.

I had Crash bandicoot when I was little and I loved it so much. It is one of the best platformer on the ps1 to date, and has great visual effects(for back then, anyway), level design, and is just overall a great game.

The Good:
-Humorous
-Enough Levels to keep you playing for days on end
-Large variety of level designs, not just jumping around trying not to fall off cliffs
-Challenging Boss Levels
-Hog riding levels and Boulder levels are awesome

The Bad:
-You can only save your game if you complete a bonus level, which are mostly very annoying and hard to get to.

Well, Crash is Sony's mascot and my favourite ever game character, and most of the Crash games are highly addictive old-school platformers, and, seeing the other games around at crash's time, this is outstanding in ever way. But, from what I put in"The Bad", you can only save after beating highly annoying bonus rounds.

But, overall, Crash bandicoot is a highly recommendable and addictive platformer that any owner of a playstation or ps2 console should buy.
