Grand Theft Auto, but instead of being criminal, you're a super cop.
Presentation: The main menu is simple, the option to pick an agent that changes as he levels up is nice and weapon choices are great, though limited. But, there is almost no story to this entire game, you're just killing gangs and you don't know why only to figure out that at the end, there was a story but it's absolutely lame.
Graphics: The cellshaded graphics are nice, it almost looks like a comic book version of Grand Theft Auto.
Gameplay: It's funny to kick around cars and baddies. Great to drive around and run over people. Shooting mechanics are fun but just to simple. It's satisfying but painfully easy until you reach the second area and the third and final area is painfully difficult at times.
Sound: You are constantly informed by a guy that's got a cool voice but he tends to get annoying and you will often wonder if he had his brain scrambled. He talks about how deadly a weapon you pick up when you have a corpse but not a semi. You scale your way to the top of the tallest building in the game he says nothing, you take an elevator and he congratulates you on your impressive ascent.
Lasting Appeal: The multiplayer is the same as singleplayer. There's barely any reason to keep this game.
