Sega did a really great job on this game. It's hard to find a game thats just a complete CREEPFEST but this delivered. It has a unique combat system, that to me fit the game well. Although guns are very few and far between, I think it added to the overall scare factor and dark atmosphere having to get up close and personal to your crazed enemy to bash him to a bloody pulp with an electric conduit (or anything you can swing for that matter). You never know when a crazy person is about to jump out at you and I loved the forensic missions. Graphics were great for this game as well considering it's age.

This game had some really great ideas, but it wasn't without it's quirks. One of the worst things about this game for me was the blocking (it's horrible). When an enemy swings at your head you can't just block them, you have to time them. If you block too early,or too late, your hit. And your not invincible by no means so after a few good cracks to the head your out.

The other main thing that this game really dropped was it's story. To me it made very little (if any) sense. It started out halfway understandable then smothered itself under imagination.

But all in all this game was really fun and absolutely creepy. Actually it's one of my personal favorites of all time for creepiness. I loved it. If your looking for a good horror movie style game that is extremely fun and may have you changing pants this is your ticket to sweet horrific happiness.
