Conan Exiles is by far the best survival game available right now. Many reviews listed here are when the game was still in early release and do not reflect the current state of the game. Similar to Ark in many mechanics, but with improved combat and better lore. Lots of customization options in the settings to make the game work best for you - if you don't like griding, set the harvest settings to more; if you don't like waiting for crafting to finish, shorten the crafting times. Find a community you love or play on your own server and you cannot go wrong. The game is still adding and tweaking content to its DLC Isle of Siptah which often improves the base game as well. The game does not hand-hold players; so, finding the next step to progress may require seeking information on the internet as it is a huge map with much to do on it. Isle of Siptah DLC offers a new map and there are also modded custom maps to play on PC so there are tons of hours of content.
