A breath of fresh air

Colin McRae Rally 2.0 is one of the best Rally games out there and it's worth a try. The PS1 version has all content untoutched and the controls are responsive at almost all times. Arcade mode is still fun to this day and it's a breath of fresh air when you're done playing the Rally mode. In the Rally mode you have the standard Rally races and the selection of cars is not bad. Some cars are unlockable but you can also unlock them by putting a cheat. Frame rate is not locked and it runs at 30 frames per second, sometimes lower in Arcade mode due to number of opponents you race with. Controls are almost responsive because if you didn't tuned your car right, controls can be a nightmare. Graphics are also lowered due to PS1's limitations.
