That game was exactly what I wanted.
Graphics:Pretty good for a mmo but mmos don't have graphics :/
Sound:For me the sound was simply enough.With little problems in the music but it creates the right feeling that a game like that needs.
Gameplay:That gameplay is exactly for the game that if you play with friends you will never be bored.It begins with good quests.You can create WHATEVER!!! character you want.You can make the story your own way.Furthermore groups can be made , it has plenty of items , plenty of abilities for character building and a world full of surprises and nice quests.On the other hand , donation is allowed so some player can have advantages.
Finally, I think that if anyone of you is looking for a game with thousands of options on the character creation that is the game that he is looking for.
