THE BEST IN THE SERIES , and i have a good reason why it is!
However i must say that i am very very impressed with this edition.
I have read some very poor reviews on gamepsot by other users , who either are fanboys of another FPS , or just cant stand the hype that this game gets , and there perffered game doesant.
They key factors that make this game an essential purchase.
- the campaign is fantastic , i couldnt get into the campaign of MW2 becasue of its story. But now we have an actual event , that happend. The cold war setting is brilliant , and like WAW i will play it again . I t creates brilliant atmoshpere and drama, and takes you back to the 60s. This what games should do when it comes to experiance.
Brilliant campaign , very enjoyable.

now this game could of easily been like the older shooters , and gave you not much new content but just same old shooter.
However both MW2 and BO and have implemented new contnent like emblems and player cards . Which are great.
Black ops takes it another level. You can customize your emblem and card.
which really gives you an individual experiance of the game.
In the game itself you are now able to dive to the ground via circle and
then run button , nice and neat.
Wager mathes in black ops , is exaclty why i feel COD BO is maybe the best FPS out there suprassing anything bedfore .
The sheer intensity and excitment , and fun is brilliant. You can gamble your points thanks to the economy system in the four brilliant type of games.
Each has its own strenghts and are fantastic. They will keep you hooked for a long time.
Overall , black ops i beleive is a game that deserves to be in everyones collection . Without a doubt an enjouyable experiance that ranks itself as maybe game of the year , thanks to fallouts buggy begining.
i rated MW2 9.6 when it came out , but then it went to 9.
the problems that may bring this game down . ARE in the Multiplayer ,
camping is an issue which i have witnessed way too much . Theres a lot of it going on and the maps allow some of this . But maps arent to blame , people have the habit of staying in one spot. And its more evident in black ops than it is in MW2.
however i rate the game , 10.
Becasue !
10 means for me a genre definer . A game that defines as genre. Does black ops do this.
I strong feel it does. The amount of content . ! , the modes , everyhting that is enjoyable.
SO why isnt black ops a 10 ??? , it has everything that gamers want .
However we may not notice problems until later down the line , until then
its a 10.
