ZOMBIES!!! NOMNOMNOM. They're back and Nazi'er than ever lol.
The campaign is what you would expect from COD, exciting cinematics, gun blazing. I do enjoy the storyline a lot more than I did the almost put you to sleep MW2 campaign. That was an improvement.
Next. Multiplayer. hmmm. It was a complete let down for me. I've played COD MP from COD4 to recent. I had my issues with MW2s and small nitpicks with WAW but wow this is just not what I wanted. I have to say COD4 MW was by far my fav of the series. Had everything I could have asked for in MP. I hate the perks, the weapons, the map layouts. All very boring or inaccurate. Nuke Town is just a giant Cluster *bleep* of crap. If you thought Rust from MW2 was small you dont even know. Ive taken craps bigger than Nuke Town. I have to say my biggest problem with this game is the MP. Ive been doing fairly well in it but its not capturing my attention like I wanted it too. This is what lowered my rating for the game.
And of course the best for last (IMO).......ZOMBIES!!!! I said I loved COD4 well thats true but WAW was almost just as amazing thanks to Nazi Zombies. I loved every minute of it and Im glad they brought the Jew hating, brain eating, brutality back to Black Ops. The maps are awesome. I love the editions to the Zombie packs. So much fun. Cant go wrong with it. This is by far my favorite aspect of the game and truly my biggest reason for buying it. I would have been seriously disappointed in Treyarch if they had left it out or exchanged it. But that didnt happen. They came through with flying colors.
So all in all, If your looking for an awesome campaign, (better than previous title) and Hours of fun with Zombie slaying then Black Ops is for you but IMO if you want a better multiplayer than I stay away from the game. You are better off staying with MW2 for that. I admit MW2 was not the best multiplayer experience but its far better than this disgrace. Pick another title or if your already playing Halo Reach (which I have issues with its MP) stick with that or hey get a different title.
