Positives:
- Fast-paced shooting gameplay.
- Plenty of big action set pieces to entice players with.
- Movement and upgrade system adds to the fun.
- Badass weaponry.
- A pretty cool setting.
- Fantastic visuals.
- "Full Clip Edition" does a nice job touching things up here.
Negatives:
- Edgy use of curse words (I still don't know what "a dildo of an idea" is).
- Control scheme feels a bit awkward (Hold X to run? What?).
- "Full Clip Edition" doesn't offer a whole lot new to entice returning players.
Consensus: I might try to shorten this section a bit in the future, just because I already discuss these games on my Backloggd page. Just be advised if this seems a bit shorter. My quick and dirty opinion on "Bulletstorm" is that it's one of the stupidest games I've ever played...but it's also pretty fun, not gonna lie. Turn your brain off, and you'll get a pretty decent shooter out of it. The "Full Clip Edition" is also a pretty solid deal that's worth checking out if you're interested in the game.
