This is one of the best RPGs i have played and bothers me to see that it is so under rated.
BOF:III have a great main plot that will make you stay glued to the screen until your eye balls pop out of your head , the characters of your party and even the NPCs are lovely and you will love or hate them but believe me before the end of the game you will find yourself tied to them, the game also has some really nice features like the acession spell only available to the main character that will let you acess an transformation system where you can mix up things called gems that each one have their own properties and will grant you diferent powers, forms,shapes and sizes depending on the gems you choose, you can transform you character on dragons from litle whelps to a huge behemoth ,trygons,tiamats, dragon warriors, myrmidons all of then with their own properties givem by the gens you use on their mix, the game also counts with lots of other cool stuff like the ability of learning stuff from the enemys by watching them while them do stuff so you can learn to do almost any spell or skill that any other creature on the game use and if you think this is not enough you can just get yourself a master and learn from him, theres a lot of masters in this game and they will teach you unique spells, skills and increase (or decrease) your stats depending on what they are, like a mage master will increase your inteligence and teach you spells and warrior master will increase your strenght and teach you battle skills you can also learn battle formations from masters that add a lot of strategy in combat, witch is a really strong point on this game.
In overall BOF:III is a must have for all true role players with lot of places to go, itens to get, and stuff to do and to see, lots of minigames and cool puzzles.
So theres PS emulators out there on the web and if you have never played BOF:III you really should be looking for it.
