User Rating: 7 | Boiling Point PC
What they tried to do with Boiling Point was introduce a hardcore realistic shooter/RPG but it fails to deliver when it comes to the push. Everything you attempt seems to put a huge burden on the games scripting engine and gives the feel that you are actually fighting against the machine keeping up, than the mindless enemies in the game.

But regardless of all it's mistakes, if you don't deviate too much from the games storyline, it can provide a rewarding experience as you collect new weapons, upgrades and interesting characters, as various missions sends you to somewhat repetitive locations and enemy encounters--which can lead to some enjoyable gunfights only if the engine is not overly busy with number crunching.

Pick this up if you are bored and want something different--but don't attempt to play without the latest patches.
