OMG, the GS reviewer really didn't play this because he really missed great stuff the game had that he said it didn't. The review was wrong on the game commands being purely offensive, he left out the "Power Block"(R1) button. What is this Power Block, well it's a command button that blocks stronger attacks that would stager or hurt if you use the normal block(directional away) and it also doubles as an "Evasion command"(directional foward + R1). "What this game has an evasion command?" Yes, it does have an evasion command similar to DoA minus the counter attack. I have evasion timed out so well that it's fun seeing the enemy miss every attack in his combo with my fighter spliting, side stepping and ducking with cool animations from a Kung Fu movie.

The rest of the game is preaty much great all around graphics, gameplay and sound. Game mode are just straight foward arcade with extras that are challenging to unlock for some replay value. I do have to aggree with the reviewer that BR3 is limited in gameplay compared to other fighter like Tekken or VF4, but not enough to flat out diss it and miss the PowerBlock and Evasion commands which adds depth to the fighting.
