Much better than the original Bloodrayne.
Around 11 hours I spent playing BR2. Slightly longer than the first Bloodrayne, which took me around 8-9 hours. The storyline is much better than the first one. You don't get to kill nazis in this one though. The voice acting was very good, as in the first.
Combats fairly good, its not nearly as repetitive as the first one. Sometimes you'll get pissed when your fighting a boss and they hit you when you think your nowhere near them. Lots of bosses in this game, and most have certain ways of killing them. Usually your rage powers can take down the easier ones fast and tear them up. The worst boss fights are near the end of the game. They are so boring, and sometimes frustrating. The last couple levels, feel a bit crappy - frustrating bosses, long stretched out levels - just seemed like a half assed job to make the game longer.
Based on the improvements over the first bloodrayne, this game should please anyone who even slightly liked the first. The controls are much better on the console version than on the PC version.
In cut-scenes I didn't see Raynes lips move when she talked, it was pretty terrible. In the first Bloodrayne game, she talked and moved her lips. This really made it look cheap.
