You are ‘Blinx’, one of the time keepers (whom all happen to be cats). The hog gang is stealing time crystals and must be stopped, especially after they are seen kidnapping a princess and escaping to an unstable realm. You follow and try to save the princess by using time crystals to find your way to the leader of the gang. Blinx is a third person over the shoulder view adventure game. You can control time by sucking up time crystals with your time sweeper (vacuum). If three of four crystals match, you get that power-up: rewind, slo-mo, record, fast forward, and pause. Four matches give you two of that type. Rewind restores collapsed bridges. Record allows you to press two switches at once (record you pressing the first switch, and on replay a ghost of you will repeat your actions). The others are self-explanatory. You can also suck up garbage that is lying around and spit it back at enemies that will break into more time crystals. Blinx has very unique gameplay. The whole time control idea is pretty cool. Other than that, its pretty much an old fashioned platformer.
