This game just plain sucks. From the uninspiring storyline all the way down to ugly characters and their cheesy Street Fighter style moves. Anybody "high-rating" this title should just go ahead and kill themselves. NOot worth a REAL gamers time. Not worth renting, not even worth accepting if they gave it out for free. I think Urban Reign is a better game than this. Fans will be better off playing Fighting Force on PSone. I beat the crappy game in 2 days. Beating someone down after interrogation is probably the only fun thing to do. And just when you thought you kicked so much butt you think you got tons of experience? Nope that old buzzard in the bar will STILL tell you he can't teach and new tricks because you don't have enough experience. Capcom really stuck out with this one.
