Battlefield is good . Battlefield is fun . But for the most part , its overrated .
The Good : Excellent sound design . Superb graphics . Great presentation . Destruction feels , and sounds good . Outstanding vehicular sections .
The Bad : Occasional visual slowdown . Some AI moves are just frustrating . Challenging sections are frustrating . Some uninspired levels .
The presentation is great , but not perfect . The menus are well-designed . Story is good , and characters are cool , and will make you laugh . Some slowdown , and cutscenes hiccups draw-back the experience .
Destruction sounds fantastic . A solid soundtrack with great sound effects .
Graphics are good , not-so breathtaking , but the destruction often looks fantastic . Some textures need more polish , and another layer of detail wouldn't have been bad .
Gameplay is mostly impressive . Great controls . Fun shooting . Outstanding vehicular sections , and some great levels . Some levels , feel uninspired , and turn out to be frustrating . Like the blizzard section , whee you will die if you don't find shelter . These levels hold back the overall experience .

Battlefield is fun , Battlefield is a solid FPS , but don't expect it to revolutionise the genre . Note that i haven't tried the multiplayer .
