Battlefield Bad Company 2 was spectacular and hard hitting. I pity the fool who doesn't want to try the game. I've played the game with the PC and the Xbox 360. The campaign is awesome. The plot has the same characters from the first bad company who try to stop a evil Russian mastermind from getting a very powerful super weapon. The campaign has thirteen missions which took about nine to twelve hours to complete. The missions doesn't just have you running around shooting guys.You could be destroying a base with a minigun or rolling through a village in a tank. there is a good dose of humor through out the campaign. Bad Company 2 does have a downside. The checkpoints are a bit to spread out....That isn't to bad. when you die you might find yourself playing the same stretch of that mission again. I wanted to talk about single player because that is battlefields biggest improvement yet. While battlefield has had the best multiplayer since battlefield 1942. The mulitplayer is very good too. Like Bad Company, it's a more streamlined version of Battlefield 2: You play as, and level up, four classes (Assault, Recon, Engineer, and Medic), each with a mix of shared and unique equipment; leveling up in overall rank and within each class unlocks additional weapons and gadgets, such as light machineguns and defibrillators for Medics, anti-tank missiles for Engineers, or heavy body armor and rifle scopes for all classes. What i like most about the Multiplayer is that is doesn't just give out exp points for killing somebody or capturing a flag. It also gives out points for getting assist kills and for reviving someone, and more. Battlefield Bad company 2 multiplayer has two main modes you can play in; conquest and rush. Everybody knows conquest so I'm no gonna go to in to that. But rush is new. That is an objective mode where Attackers destroy a series of crates while making an aggressive push into the Defender's territory), Squad Deathmatch (players are divided into four-man squads in a competition to hit the frag count first), and Squad Rush (a quicker/tighter version of Rush, with just two, four-man teams fighting over two objectives). DICE isn't just for mutiplayer they are perfectly capable of making a good all around game.
