Amazing, massive multiplayer. But plagued with problems. EA plz fix! *multiplayer review*

So after playing 360s version for 1.5 months online I traded up and got the XBONE copy for $10.

Is it better? Graphically yes. It's slightly sharper but nothing mind blowing. This is the mirror on the PC version and certain effects like water, smoke, fire, destruction etc... have been polished and look very improved. Maps are very well done and carry a lot more variety in building structures than prev BF titles. Less recycled buildings.

Now on to the real reason why I wanted this. 64 player Conquest! Wow...It really changes the dynamics of the game and truly brings in the strategy element 24player last gen was lacking. Try running into an enemy base alone and see how long you last. Bigger map games doesn't always mean more kills but involves more teamwork. Great addition my only complaint is nobody uses mics but that's not the game dev fault.

Now for the bad..

64 player gets laggy periodically. Normally leaving a match and rejoining a different one resolves this problem. Even when both matches show you having a 5/5 connection. Graphically there are tons of hiccups that need to be fixed.

Matchmaking is tiresome at times. Trying to join a game on the server list and getting "match is full" 15+ times when there is 50/64 players in a game is annoying. Also there are no custom servers like BF3?! I hoping this is added real soon.

During gameplay sometimes the game completely exits back to the XBone main screen and the game resets. This mostly happens after a round has ended but still annoying you have to boot the whole game back up again and find another match.

Final thought. Is this truly a game that feels next gen? Im going to say not really. It is a huge step mirroring the PC version but falls flat with bugs and glitches. Im hoping EA fixes this as it could be a truly awesome game if ran smoothly.
