Well it doesn't give out the point that war is hell but it's a pretty decent game.

User Rating: 7.5 | Battalion Wars GC
Originally titled "Advance Wars: Under Fire," Nintendo decided to change the name, cause it plays a lot different than the popular Gameboy franchise, Advance Wars. It also has a different concept, and way different play controls. But it is still a strategy game. Advance Wars is more turn based, but Battalion Wars is not turn based, it's a enjoyable RTS game, with good graphics, and semi easy play controls. The main bad part of the game is the voice acting, you'll find it very annoying in certain parts of the game. But the music is great. Also, you can take control of Army Tanks, jeeps and much more vehichles, which is another strong ponit for the game, exceot sometimes the vehichles seem to be going slow. It's in a 3rd person view point, like most strategy game, so don't expect Republic Commando here. You take control of a squad, that may seem like geniesus for one mission, and braindead idiots for another. But, overall, it's a great game that strategy fans should check out. The game gets a lot more complex and frustrating towards the end. There are lots of try and die situations. Even though it's like a cartoon, the graphics, I think, are very good. They look like they could've been on Xbox. Like I said before, the game has horrible voice acting though. It has good music.
