This game was dark, the story is not so clear but the gameplay is quite good. I think that they made pretty good job.
The Story follows as same as the movie, but not going into too many details, so it's not very clear... if you didnt watch the movie you are not gonna get the whole storyline of the game.
Now, the gameplay for this game was the great thing. Controlling Batman and the Batmovile(in its chapter) is very easy, comboing the people, doing the special, throwing the fat-ass clowns through the air, was easy because of the controller setup.
Going with the Graphics, they are very good for the Super Nintendo.
Well, I want to tell you my friend that you'll notice in my reviews that mostly SNES games takes good points of graphics, because in my opinion, there were not too many different between any game of SNES, and for the time the games were made, the graphics looked great.
The Sound is repetitive, and not very well done, I think they made the punch noise with the noise of a Coconut falling from a palm to the floor...
Value... Does this game has any value?? Not really.. once you're done with Batman Returns, you can burn it, eat it, give it to the cat to eat it, or to your little brother to eat it. No real fun after you first finished the game.
The last point I want to make, is my personal opinion about Batman Returns, and it is the following:
Since I was a little kid, maybe 6 or 7 who knows, I saw that the story was very dark and scary, at least for me, those clowns just wouldnt help me to sleep, and the game becomes boring when you are advanced...
What I liked more was the burning building that you have to get out with the batti string or whatever you call that in english.
