I just want to know who thinks up all these generic ideas.
I mean, the first level is enough to convince that the whole game is bad. I'll give you an example of the first level. So you're walking around as Batman at a slow pace. You see random people. Clowns come. You beat these clowns up my mashing on the SNES controller. You save people. While the idea of beating up clowns may seem like a great idea, this game just isn't worth it. Clowns just keep coming and you just keep beating them up. This is very boring.
The graphics are good if a little bland and dim. Yeah Batman looks great and so do most of the sprites but the backgrounds, not so much. The music can get really annoying especially in certain areas. There is little to no value in Batman Returns, because it's just not a fun game at all. This game just is another generic copy-off of fifteen other games that came out within that year. It's just not and I suggest you away from this Batman fan or not. If you're a Batman fan go for the NES version, or Batman Begins. None of those are entirely all that good but they are better than this trash.
