This may sound odd, but my friends and I play this game nearly every time we get together. This game bewilders us with its random bursts of pure unexpected.... there are no words for what happens during this game. Very strange and seemingly random things happen. "Safe, Out, Change". I think that speaks for itself. We play this on an old Japanese collection of games cartridge, so the teams are different than the English version. Just writing this sends shivers all over my body. This game is just amazing. So many strange things have happened which may be due to either the game, the old NES, the faulty wiring in the attic which we play, or simply the essence of Baseball. I recently downloaded the English rom of the game, and let me tell you..... It does not even compare to the raw feeling of holding it in your own hands. Plus the game has some added colors etc. The rating is given not by todays standards, but by my standards and is for the Japanese version and not the English one.
