It gets old and confusing especially when you figure out that you have to smack stuff more than once! The storyline isn't bad it's just slow. I haven't played in a while and i'm pretty much stuck. I beat 3 or 4 bosses so far and now i'm wandering around trying to figure out what to do next. All I keep doing is smacking things with my book and moving the little blocks around to make my weapons and armor Better. Now, it is a good game, just not great.
I think they could have given more direction in the little book that comes with the game so that you would actually have more of a clue!

I haven't checked for a walkthrough lately so maybe i'll try that.

Anyway, I am now getting the urge to go back and play except that i'll have to start over at this point, I have been away from it too long.
