With Forza Horizon 2's September 30 release date closing in, the game has now reached an important milestone. Microsoft has announced that the Xbox 360 and Xbox One racing game has gone gold, meaning development is finished, and the game is headed to factories for mass production.
Microsoft announced the news in the slick Vine below. It shows professional racer Tanner Foust driving Forza Horizon 2's signature Lamborghini Huracan and peeling out as it's announced that the game had gone gold.
