No Caption Provided You may have heard of a little military first-person shooter series named Call of Duty. You may also be aware that this year's instalment, Call of Duty: Black Ops, comes out next Tuesday. To mark the occasion, Activision is hosting a midnight launch shindig in London on Monday 8 November, and we've got a pair of tickets and a copy of the game to give to one lucky GameSpot UK reader.

Much like Black Ops' covert Cold War operations, the launch party is shrouded in secrecy--that is to say, we don't yet know where it will be held or which presumably famous special guests will be in attendance. But if it's anything like last year's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 party, there will be themed decor (sandbags, oil drums, machine gun emplacements), costumed staff, and some manner of live entertainment. If you win, we'll also (briefly) hound you with a video camera and microphone for your thoughts on the game and the party. Just so you know.

For your chance to win, tell us:

What kind of recon aircraft was featured in GameSpot's Call of Duty: Black Ops First Look preview published back in May?

You'll need to be 18 or over to attend the event--and to play the game, by PEGI's measure. You'll also need to make your own way to the London venue, wherever it turns out to be. Send your competition entry, along with your name, number, and address, to competitions@gamespot.co.uk. We'll draw a winner on the evening of Thursday, November 4.

[Update] Congratulations to our winner Ryan David, who'll be attending the launch party on Monday night.
