Westworld Episode 6-9 Titles and Synopses Revealed, Hints at What's to Come

HBO today released the titles and synopses for Westworld's November episodes, which span chapters 6 through 9. If you're hoping to avoid spoilers, or references at potential spoilers, it might be best not to read the official plot descriptions, which are posted below the image.

Westworld will have 10 episodes in its first season. Episode 5, "Contrapasso," aired on October 30--and it was one of the more mysterious chapters so far. You can watch GameSpot's spoiler-filled video here to find out what we thought about it and what theories it seems to prove or discredit.

Additionally, HBO has released a "weeks ahead" Westworld video that shows some major story revelations are coming.

HBO November Episodes

Episode 6 -- "The Adversay"

  • Maeve (Thandie Newton) charms Lutz (Leonardo Nam); Elsie (Shannon Woodward) uncovers possible sabotage; the Man in Black (Ed Harris) and Teddy (James Marsden) run afoul of a garrison.

Episode 7: "Trompe L'Oeil"

  • Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood) and William (Jimmi Simpson) journey into treacherous terrain; Maeve delivers an ultimatum; Bernard (Jeffrey Wright) considers his next move.

Episode 8: "Trace Decay"

  • Bernard struggles with a mandate; Maeve looks to change her script; Teddy is jarred by dark memories.

Episode 9: "The Well-Tempered Clavier"

  • Dolores and Bernard reconnect with their pasts; Maeve makes a bold proposition to Hector (Rodrigo Santoro); Teddy finds enlightenment, at a price.
