Watch the Star Trek Beyond Cast on the Set of the Enterprise

Star Trek Beyond is third movie in the long-running sci-fi franchise since it rebooted in 2009, and is set to be one of the summer's biggest films. Now a new behind-the-scenes video has been released, in which the cast provide a tour of the Enterprise and speak about the movie. Check it out below:

Star Trek Beyond is directed by Fast and Furious veteran Justin Lin, and stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Idris Elba, Karl Urban, Zoe Saldana, Simon Pegg, and John Cho.

The first action-packed trailer for the film was released in December. Surprisingly, it received some criticism from Pegg, who also co-wrote the film, who confessed that he was disappointed in the impression that the trailer gave about the films

"I didn't love it, because I know there's a lot more to the film," he told HeyUGuys. "There's a lot more story and a lot more character stuff, and a lot more, what I would call Star Trek stuff."

Star Trek Beyond is set to be released July 8, 2016.
