Top 10 UK Sales Chart: FIFA 17 Holds Off Gears of War 4 and Stays No.1

FIFA 17 secures its third consecutive No.1 on the UK sales chart for the week ending October 15. The big release season is in full swing, with six new games making their debuts in the top ten.

At No.2 is Microsoft and The Coalition's Gears of War 4, which pushes Mafia 3--now in its second week on the chart--down to No.3. Following it is WWE 2K17, which spends its first week at No.4.

Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Edition, the PlayStation 4 version of Crystal Dynamics' action adventure sequel, arrives at No.5, while Forza Horizon 3 ends its third week on the chart at No.6.

At No.7, PlayStation VR Worlds is one of two games for Sony's new headset on the top ten. Activision's Skylanders Imaginators comes in at No.8 and Until Dawn: Rush of Blood--the other VR game on the list--at No.9. Wrapping up the top ten is Rocket League at No.10.
