This Fallout-Themed Custom Xbox Series X Comes With Its Own Vault
You can win a custom Fallout-themed Xbox and a vault to store it in as part of an online sweepstakes.
To help promote the launch of the Fallout TV series on Prime Video, Microsoft and Amazon have created a custom Xbox Series X themed around the show that comes with its own vault.
The item is not for sale, but fans can win it through a social media sweepstakes. Fans can enter to win it by following the Xbox account and retweeting the message below on X (formerly known as Twitter). The sweepstakes is open to US residents only and you must be 18 or older to enter. The contest ends on April 14, 2024.
The grand prize, of which there is only one, includes a custom Xbox Series X console with artwork inspired by Fallout, an Xbox Design Lab controller featuring Fallout art, and a Fallout-themed vault from the company Fort Knox. Microsoft says the approximate retail value of the price is $5,014.98.
This is the only image that Microsoft shared of the custom Xbox, so we don't get a close or good look at the console or controller, unfortunately.
Vault Boy would approve.

The Fort Knox vault looks pretty slick, as it comes decorated with the Fallout logo in yellow and the Vault 33 logo. The inside door of the vault has an image of Vault Boy giving his trademark thumbs up.
While you might not be able to win this exact prize, you can for sure buy your own custom Fallout-themed Xbox controller through Xbox Design Lab. Earlier in March, Microsoft added more Fallout themes to the Design Lab library to help you create a controller of your liking.
The Fallout TV series premieres April 11 on Prime Video, and every episode arrives that day as opposed to having a staggered rollout. The show was created by Fallout superfan Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy.
