The Undertaker, one of WWE's most important, prolific, and popular performers of the past 30 years, is headed to the WWE Hall of Fame this year. The 2022 ceremony will take place on Friday, April 1 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

Those who plan on attending will get more than just the Hall of Fame ceremony. Since the event is taking place on a Friday, they'll be treated to the April 1 episode of Friday Night Smackdown as well. Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday, February 22 at 11 AM ET / 8 AM PT.

The Undertaker made his debut at Survivor Series in 1990 as he joined Ted DiBiase's The Million Dollar Team to take on The Dream Team, which had Dusty Rhodes as its captain. Taker's most notable contribution to WWE is his 21-year undefeated streak at Wrestlemania, and a few of those matches are some of the greatest Mania bouts of all time--primarily his feud with Shawn Michaels.

Whether he was The Phenom, The American Bad-Ass, or the leader of the Ministry of Darkness, The Undertaker brought mystique and wonder to the WWE, and during his career, he held nearly every WWE championship. His final match happened at Wrestlemania 36 when he battled AJ Styles in a Boneyard Match.

More recently, The Undertaker was the subject of the docuseries Undertaker: The Last Ride, which debuted on the WWE Network and is now available on Peacock. Last year, The Undertaker appeared in the interactive Netflix movie, Escape the Undertaker, where you follow the New Day as they trying to escape Undertaker's house.
