Bethesda today released a new teaser trailer for The Evil Within's first downloadable content pack, The Assignment, and offered a slightly more specific release date for it.

The trailer is exceedingly short (as you'd expect, being a teaser), but it does give us a glimpse of a creepy new creature that the DLC will apparently feature. We already know players will assume the role of Juli Kidman, the partner of Evil Within protagonist Sebastian Castellanos.

Bethesda also narrowed the release window for The Assignment to sometime in March. It will be followed at some point by the second DLC (called The Consequence) and a third, unnamed pack. All of this content is included in the $20 season pass; individual pricing has yet to be announced.

The Evil Within was released last October on PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3. For more, check out GameSpot's review.
